than store bought. Cabbage and the probiotics in sauerkraut kills

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, Bee. I will continue to eat my homemade

sauerkraut. (The store-bought stuff was unpasteurized, by the way).

Since sauerkraut contains probiotics, do I still need to take a

probiotic supplement, if I eat 1 tblspn of sauerkraut with each meal?

Does the sauerkraut contain enzymes too?

Does the sauerkraut contain enzymes too?

==>Yes, sauerkraut contains probiotics and enzymes so you do not have

to take any other probiotic. 1 tablespoon per meal won't be enough,

but you shouldn't increase it until you've been on the diet, taking all

supplements and have taken antifungals long enough to kill off most of

the candida. That's why I think you got such a reaction. Then you can

increase it to 3-4 tbls. per meal.

+++Hi Dmitry. Welcome to our group. Have you been on my program for 2 years,

or did you just recently change over to it since I see you just joined us

December 1st.

Sauerkraut is antifungal so it will kill off candida which produces carbon

dioxide (gas).

Rashes are caused by toxins coming out which are a typical die-off symptom.

Hopefully you are completely on this program, i.e. diet, all supplements, and

that you are able to take 6 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil without getting

severe die-off symptoms too.

to do and why, since you should understand die-off symptoms and the healing

Bee, first of all I would like to thank you for the wonderful work you are

doing.

I have been on a " candida diet " not yours specifically for 2+ years. It consists

of poultry, beef, seafood, veggies, fruit, and organic bread. The reason I

cannot live on animal protein alone is because I do not digest meat fats easily,

and some fatty cuts make me feel awful. However, I do feel ok when I eat organic

16 grain Vermont Bread. It is infact a major part of my diet. I've tried to go

without bread in the past and just became extremely skinny losing over 20

pounds. Atleast with the bread, my weight is stable. In terms of the fruit, I

try to avoid the sweet stuff.

I was managing ok with garlic, probiotics, and vitamins until a serious rash

developed on my groin area in the summer of 2008. It has been a nightmare

dealing with Dermatologists, which eventually led me to Biamonte, you

might have heard of him. So at this point, I am doing the first phase of his

program (which is anti-fungals) and do feel better as the terrible taste in my

mouth and rectal itching has subsided.

However the rash is the main issue at this point. I've used every anti-fungal

imaginable, as the outbreaks seem to go away, but eventually always comes back.

I recently read an article on how probiotics, based on studies, could be very

beneficial for skin and through the magic power of google was led to your site.

Nevertheless, your protocol made sense to me right away. I stopped washing with

soap, use coconut oil, tea tree and oregano oils as well as Dr. Blaine's

Tineacide directly on the outbreaks. I'm also making a probiotic paste, and

applying it topically. Seeing some very encouraging results, but still too early

to tell for sure.

Your thoughts on my condition are very much appreciated.
