The following isn't true of course; Enterococcus Faecalis is not

feces; it's so named because it's well suited to that environment.

Shame they have to lie to make a buck.

Also I found no indication it's illegal in Canada the USA or Mexico

Are you selling this?

Keen

Try PROBIO5 for Leaky Gut and Candida and Yeast and

Fungal problems

BUY IT OFF EBAY OR GO TO www.nutritionspecialties.com

Are you aware that some of the probiotics being sold on the Internet

and even here on eBay contain probiotics that are not safe and are

not even legal in most countries. ProBio 5 contains SAFE probiotics

that are LEGAL in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Japan, Mexico and all

countries. This product is Micro Encapsulated and so it is very

easy to take unlike mixing powders and making a mess. Unlike other

probiotics this product is made in the United States!

Products that contain Enterococcus Faecalis are NOT LEGAL in several

countries such as Canada, Australia, Mexico and many others.

Enterococcus Faecalis is actually feces. Enterococcus Faecalis is

immune to most antibiotics. The Australian government has

significant safety concerns over Enterococcus Faecalis and this

ingredient is not allowed in Complementary Medicines. Complementary

Medicines are the same as Nutritional Supplements in the United

States.

In fact you can go on the following website from the Australian

government which essentially states that Enterococcus Faecalis has

significant safety concerns and is not allowed.

http://www.tga.gov.au/docs/html/cmec/cmecdr09.htm#i322

Item 3.2.2 Probiotic organisms - Recommendation 6

CMEC recommends that all species and strains of probiotic bacteria

currently in use in products included in the ARTG as at 31 July 1998

be permitted in listable therapeutic goods, other than

Bifidobacterium dentium, Bacillus coagulans (also called

Lactobacillus sporogenes), Bacillus laterosporus, Enterococcus

faecium and Enterococcus faecalis, for which significant safety

concerns exist.

ProBio5 is brand new in the marketplace and will blow away all the

competition as it contains the most effective and safe probiotics in

the marketplace. Additionally, it is not marketed as a Multi-Level

Marketing product and is sold only as a retail product to help real

people with real yeast infections and Candida problems.

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules with evening meal or at bedtime.

Optional: When desired results are achieved, take one capsule with

evening meal or at bedtime for maintenance.

Results: You will start getting results the first two to three

weeks. You will start to lose your sugar cravings. A relief from

typical Candida symptoms, which may include anxiety, recurring

irritability, heartburn, indigestion, lethargy, extreme food and

environmental allergies, acne, dry, flaky, itchy skin, jock itch,

migraine headaches, recurring cystitis/vaginal infections,

premenstrual tension, and menstrual problems.

The following reference was taken from the

encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com website:

Enterococci, traditionally viewed as Gram-positive commensal

bacteria inhabiting the alimentary canals of humans and animals, are

now acknowledged to be organisms capable of causing life-threatening

infections in humans, especially in the nosocomial (hospital)

environment. The existence of enterococci in such a dual role is

facilitated, at least in part, by its intrinsic and acquired

resistance to virtually all antibiotics currently in use.

They are resistant to many commonly used antimicrobial agents

(aminoglycosides, aztreonam, cephalosporins, clindamycin, the semi-

synthetic penicillins nafcillin and oxacillin, and trimethoprim-

sulfamethoxazole). Exposure to cephalosporins is a particularly

important risk factor for colonization and infection with

enterococci. Thus, the era in which safe and effective

cephalosporins became widely available has also been an era of

enterococcal ascendance.

It can cause bladder infections, prostate infections, epididymal

infections (and more rarely heart and nervous system infections).

This bacteria was previously known as Streptococcus faecalis.

Streptococcus faecalis is a bacterium of the streptococcus genus.

Reference medical dictionary: www.mercksource.com

E. faeca´lis a widespread species that is a normal inhabitant of

the human intestinal tract; it causes urinary tract infections,

infective endocarditis, and bacteremia that is often fatal. Formerly

called Streptococcus faecalis.

Therefore, if you are taking any products that contain Enterococcus

Faecalis you should STOP! Please compare the ingredients with the

probiotics you are taking with the ingredients in ProBio5.

ProBio 5TM will support:

* intestinal cleansing

* proper probiotic balance in the intestinal tract

* proper intestinal balance which increases nutrient absorption

* yeast organism (candida) and fungal cleanse

* a cleanse without detox side effects

ProBio 5 contains powerful enzymes that are essential to the body in

its need for support

in synthesizing (breaking down) hostile organisms that may have a

negative impact on

well being. The medical sector in the U.S. has argued that over half

the population may

have yeast (candida) and fungal imbalances that result from the

overuse of antibiotics and

poor dietary habits.

PROBIO 5 contains the following 5 probiotics:

Lactobacillus Sporogenes

L. acidophilus

L. Planterum

B. Longum

S. Boulardi

Lactobacillus-Any of various rod-shaped, nonmotile aerobic bacteria

of the genus Lactobacillus that ferment lactic acid from sugars and

are the causative agents in the souring of milk.

Acidophilus- especially of some bacteria; growing well in an acid

medium. Thriving in a relatively acidic environement (especially of

plants requiring a pH well below 7).

L. Plantarum-, which is derived from sour dough and which is used to

ferment sauerkraut and salami, has been demonstrated to improve the

recovery of patients with enteric bacterial infections. This

bacterium adheres to reinforce the barrier function of the

intestinal mucosa, thus preventing the attachment of the pathogenic

bacteria to the intestinal wall.

B. Longum-One of the most important residents in the human

gastrointestinal tract, B. longum keeps the digestive system running

smoothly, blocks the growth of harmful bacteria, and boosts the

immune system. The organism ferments sugars into lactic acid and has

many health benefits for humans and is often the dominant bacterium

found in humans. It is a Gram-positive, anaerobic, branched rod-

shaped bacterium.

Researchers have identified a number of proteins that are

specialised to help B. longum interact with the human host and

persist against harmful bacteria and future reseach will now closely

look at which genes allow B. longum to live in different

environments such as dairy products, vegetables and the human

gastrointestinal tract.

S. Boulardi- The intestinal microflora are important for maturation

of the immune system, the development of normal intestinal

morphology and in order to maintain a chronic and immunologically

balanced inflammatory response. The microflora reinforce the barrier

function of the intestinal mucosa, helping in the prevention of the

attachment of pathogenic microorganisms and the entry of allergens.

Some members of the microflora may contribute to the body's

requirements for certain vitamins, including biotin, pantothenic

acid and vitamin B12.

You will be satisfied with the product. This product is fully

energized.

Why put enzymes in ProBio 5? Yeast and fungal organisms are

comprised of proteins,

chitin, and cellulose structures. Proteins are broken down by

protease enzymes, and

cellulose is broken down by cellulase. The chitin structure can only

be processed in the

presence of the chitinase (chitosinase) enzyme. The enzyme profile

in ProBio 5 is

designed to process away the protein based outer layer of yeast and

fungal organisms

which exposes the interior of these organisms to the cellulase and

chitosinase in the

ProBio 5 product. Enzymes are efficient and effective in the course

of yeast and fungi

destruction.

In addition to enzymes, ProBio 5 contains very beneficial " friendly

bacteria " that assist in

supporting the body's need for a balance of probiotics (microflora)

in the digestive tract.

Without sufficient probiotics, nutrient absorption is impaired, and

an environment that is

supportive of yeasts and fungi can result.

The probiotics and enzymes are assisted by the addition of vitamin

B6. B6 is required by

enzymes involved in protein metabolism and is also essential for red

blood cell

metabolism [1,2]. In addition, vitamin B6 helps increase the amount

of oxygen carried by

the blood. A well oxygenated body is resistant to yeasts and fungi

[3].

Grapefruit seed extract has been added to ProBio 5 since it has a

therapeutic effect

internally against yeasts and fungi, by actually destroying the

organisms. At the same

time, grapefruit seed extract stimulates the immune system and works

like an antibiotic

drug without destroying the helpful bacteria that are normally

present. The components of

grapefruit seed extract contains bioflavonoids and vitamin E. These

work as antioxidants

and makes grapefruit seed extract one of the most powerful natural

antioxidants available

[4].

Not sure if you have Candidiasis - the condition caused by an

overgrowth of candida? Take the simple, free Candida test to find

out NOW!

First thing in the morning, before you put ANYTHING in your mouth,

fill a clear glass with room temperature bottled water.Try not to

use tap water to eliminate the possibility of mineral and chemical

contamination.

Work up a bit of saliva, then spit it into the glass of water. Check

the water every 15 minutes or so for up to one hour.

If you have candidiasis, you will see strings (like legs) traveling

down into the water from the saliva floating on the top, or " cloudy "

saliva will sink to the bottom of the glass, or cloudy specks will

seem to be suspended in the water.

If there are no strings and the saliva is still floating after at

least one hour, you probably have Candida under control.

Congratulations.

What should I do if the test shows positive?

Consider taking ProBio5. It contains the probiotics to fight

Candida. Try it you have nothing to lose!

> Yes, Duncan, it is cow's milk I couldn't tolerate as an infant-

until I was about 2 1/2 years old anyway. I think my body just

learned how to cope with it by then though. Actually it didn't cope

all that well, because I had my tonsils out when I was 6. They were

always enlarged, but not infected- probably a result of my dairy

intolerance. I probably shouldn't have had it at all. It has been

slightly over a year now since I eliminated dairy. I also showed

high IgG levels to goat's milk on the test I took last fall. I

hadn't even realized I was exposed to goat's milk. I imagine it is

the casein in that I am reacting to as well.

> Can you recommend a specific brand of undenatured whey protein

that would be tolerated by someone with a whey sensitivity? I am

almost out of rice protein, and would love to switch to whey. I

don't want to take the chance spending money on one I can't tolerate

though, so it would really help if you can recommend one!
