Try www.frenchmeadowsbakery.com, they have yeast free sugar free and

many varieties of breads.....ya might be able to find something there

that will help ya....

Darn, it all looks SO good but nothing there that fits all the restrictions.

I can't have soy, wheat, seeds other than sesame and flax, etc.

I do wonder if rye would be allowed.

What do you guys know of rye if no wheat flour is included?

I think it was Duncan that pointed out (several times - check the archives,

they are full of info) that all grains contain starch. Starch converts to

sugars - precisely what we need to avoid. Or is it me that has it wrong.

(All the main candida diets I've seen eliminate all grains to start with I

think)

I've had sourdough rye before, but I think it was too sour and set off

my leaky gut. The rye itself didn't seem to bother the candida.

Rye bread is not gluten free however and I've never heard of Rye Bread that

is Wheat free.. If you have a gluten intolerance by chance it won't help.

Although I LOVE rye bread I can't eat any bread at all. Remember bread is a

carb and usually breaks down to sugar very quickly. It's a hard food to

quick but I think rice crackers have helped me get over it. Good Luck!

You can have wheat free rye bread made from a specialty allergic bakery.

T has to be wheat free AND yeast free for me to be able to eat it.
