I have not eaten since 12 noon today since I am desperate for sucess I have decided to count my first 12 hours of fasting at mignight. It is 8:27pm now. Since I am accustomed to eating constantly throughout the day I have decided to count today as a sucessful day of fasting. Yes I am hoping to average about 1 pound a day on my fast. I have small petite bone structure and once my body adjust to the fast I believe the weight will fall off. I should weigh myself everyday but I have decided to weight until the first week of my fast is over before I weight myself. I am measuring my weight loss through how many days I can successfully fast. After the 1st week I will write down what I think I weight then go stand on the scale. I am predicting that this time next week I should be a solid 160 if not slimmer. I have also decided to add 2 miles of walking along the lake (giving myself 1 hour to complete a 2 mile walk)--just to pass the time while I am not eating. Started fast 12 noon Sunday 3/5/06 Sucessfully completed first 12 hours of fast as of midnight tonight.
