I recently finished reading a book I have had for several years named

Live Food Juices by Dr H. E. Kirschner, MD. In it he speaks of all the

regaining of health by using juices and good foods. It has pictures so I

really

like that part of.

Anyway he gives a green drink recipe that I have added to my diet.

I do green drinks but they are generally bad in taste but this is good.

You know green things are a great clenaser. If you wanted more

green you could add barley green or chlorophyll

I told you all how the home made sauerkraut has helped my colon and

elimination and this has really added to that also.

I have not taken anything for promotion of BMs since starting this

which has been about 1 month.

Green Drink

15 almonds

5 teaspoons sunflower seeds

4 pitted dates ( i used 2 ...I find them extremely sweet)

soak above in water over night. (this process sprouts the nuts and seeds which

adds to vits and minerals and essential fatty acid many times over. These

are my words but if you read Ann Wigmore's books, she states this)

Place nuts/seeds and dates in 8 oz pineapple juice and liquefy

Next, take 4 large handfuls of greens such as alfalfa, parsley, mint, spinach,

beet greens, watercress, etc.

liquefy greens in 8oz unsweetened pineapple juice. pour into nut/seed mixture

and stir together.

I did the nuts etc in the blender and the greens in food processor then

poured the green into the blender and gently mixed.
