Guest guest
Hello , I cannot possibly recommend colon cleansing highly enough. It made such a remarkable difference in my health and well being my teenage daughter also did one! Her friends saw such a difference in her a couple of them also tried one, although on a much less intense scale. They found it reduced their stomach so much that they now will go get a colonic or do an enema before their hi school formal dances so their tummies will be flat in those skin tight dresses they wear now days. My allergies lessened, my skin glowed, my moods were better, my energy level went up, I slept better (have always struggled with insomnia), I could go on. I try really hard to eat better to keep my colon cleaner and to have better bowel movements and I do maintenance colonics and enemas weekly. My daughter also has learned she feels so much better if she follows this path. She just got out of treatment for drug and alcohol addictions last August and finds the colon cleansing a real help in her recovery, which be the way is going well. She also uses flower essences, supplements, other homeopathies and excercies regularly. We have learned we need to " hit it from all sides " to maintain our health. Hope this info helps. slegault3@... wrote: > Has anyone out there gone thru a colon cleansing program, if so what > benefits have you noticed, what program and products did you use and > whose program/recipe did you use also what was expelled. Guest guest
For a thorough but gentle cleanse, with little or no die-off symtoms I used Inner Garden Flora, which kills and eats candida. Homozon which kills and flushes out candida and parasites and is also supposed kill cancer. Colostrum, which kills candida and restores the lining of the bowel when leaky gut syndrome is a problem. And enzymes which eat candida and parasites. All these are very effective and yet gentle and don't lead to digestive imbalances which some herbal programs have for some people. Just my two cents, Donna -----Original Message-----I am new to this cocept of colon cleansing , I would like to here what program others are using and have had success with, such as products used and recipe/procedure followed.Thank You,
Guest guest
Hi Donna, Is the inner garden flora similiar to primal defense? What's the price for it? Thanks!
Guest guest
Hi Barbi. I don't know what is in primal defense so I can't compare them. If you send me a list of the ingredients I will compare them. Inner Garden Flora is $16 plus $4 postage for up to 4 bottles. xoxo Donna Re: colon cleansing programHi Donna,Is the inner garden flora similiar to primal defense? What's the price for it?Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Donna, Its easier to send you a link to a page about it than to list them all! So many people are swearing about this product but as you can see, its very expensive. http://www.naturalhealthconsult.com/Monographs/PrimeDefense.html Barbara > Hi Barbi. Guest guest
Hi , are you still feeling great!, and is your tummy still really flat? thanks Laurie str8barber@... wrote: , as I understand it, a colema IS colonics. Usually when you hear talk of colonics, it is a professional helping you through the colema, more or less, and is done at their facility rather than at home. When you say colema, it is usually YOU doing the procedure at home. All I have read about it sounds like it would be too hard and messy and inconvenient for me, that is why I just went to a professional. That is the way I did it and I got great results. An enema only reaches the last six or eight inches of the colon. Some will tell you that an enema will do more, and for them, maybe that is so. But enemas never got out of me what I expelled just recently in my first - and so far only - colonics session. I may be wrong about my explanations to you, if so, sorry. Guest guest
Enema Here is the difference between an enema, colema and a colonic. An enema is done with a simple bag and tube insertion. The colon is filled, as best possible, the tube removed, then the person holds the water as best as possible, for a few minutes, if possible, and then expels it sitting on the toilet. Colema With a colema, the system has a board to lay on with a firm but flexible tube attached to the board and the water source, usually from a bucket attached to that. The water is allowed to just continue to flow and the expelling is done when the person's intestinal peristaltic action demands, or they can hold as best possible for a time but since the board is set over the toilet there isn't a need to move around. Colonic The colonic is done with a system where there is a tube called a speculum inserted in the rectum that has a means to control the water in and the expelling of the water and matter out. The water source can be either a controlled system from a machine like device or from a bucket source like the colema. The process of doing a colema is much more thorough, and easier, if there is a knowledgeable operator of the fill and release process. The operator will also often provide a massage of the colon area of the abdomen to get the water to move to the various areas and help to get fecal matter to move through the colon and out the tube. Guest guest
Hi , have you ever checked into the Eat Right 4 Your Type book? Its a diet based on you personal blood type. I no longer crave white flour at all. I am, however, still consuming much less of all the bad stuff than usual, and am gradually upping my percentage of raw foods. The first colonic session is still reaping for me, benefits, because just today, I passed a ropie almost 12" long. I'm sure it had become partially dislodged during the session and finally released today. Will have another session soon.

What little I think I understood about it, sounded like hocus pocus, to be honest - but that's just my being cynical because I've tried so many of the " latest " diet crazes. I will certainly look into it, now, because if it even REDUCES my craving for white flour products, it would be a godsend. Thanks, Laurie.
