HI SUSAN,

I picked up the pharse " liver cleansing diet " from the book

THE LIVER CLEANSING DIET by Doctor Cabot. It was a

bestseller in Australia. She is also an Australian.

The book was not written specifically for AIH-- is there such

a book?

Albert,

I am in Australia and when I first got sick I asked my liver specialist if

I should try the " Liver Cleansing Diet " , she said no, she wouldn't

recommend it, but while I was there I got mixed views from the nurses and

other medical staff, they had mixed views, some said go for it and others

said no. I couldn't get an overall agreement to it so I didn't.

I have the book " The Liver Cleansing Diet " I haven't read all of it yet but

pretty much it is an 8 week detox liver diet. It looks almost like a

vegetarian diet-but organic vegatables and no dairy products etc.... She has

a web site. Just do a search for Cabot and you should find it and it

will explain better. It does make a lot of sense.

I am NOT selling ANYTHING. This is why I placed a

question mark(?) after the word " diet " .
I stated " below

link might be of interest " .
Is this really junk? Do

you have personal knowledge of this

diet?
BTW-still haven't received my

pin.
Regards,
beemidnite
