That's great to hear Jeanne.

Cabbage rejuvelac is a probiotic and will kill off candida causing

gas. You can have it with food.

Dear Pamela,

You can eat the cabbage if you wish.

Hi Bee,

This is my third day on probiotic. I am on cabbage rejuvelac. My

adominal area feels bloated. I don't have any pain. Is this normal? It

will go away?? do you suggest on probiotic for 2 months? Does the used

cabbage any good for eating?

After I started your recommanded vitamins for about a week, the redness

on my face from rosacea is clearing up a little more so that is good.

Does drinking lots of lemon juice in water daily wears down my enamel

(teeth)?

thanks for replys.

Hi Bee, Trish,

This is my 2nd week on cabbage rejuvlac. I feel very bloated & awful.

I gain weight too. Is this normal. Is it water weight? I will be on

vacation the first week of sept. I don't want to feel bloated, when

I am away. I feel like stopping next week, & continue after my vac.

How come I don't feel bloated when I am on probiotic purchased from

drup store in the past?

tks

==>, bloating, gas, etc. is caused by candida being killed off

because it excretes carbon dioxide which causes gas and bloating, so

that is not a bad thing to happen. It means the cabbage rejuvelac is

doing it's job better than probiotics from the store. Some of your

weight could be by retaining water - there are so many changes going on

during natural healing that it's hard to say. You could check out the

Water Retention Treatment file in the Treatments Folder and see if

there is anything there to help you.

Bee - I was reading the e-mail below and wondered if the cabbage

rejuvelac should smell bad and will it make the house smell bad?

Thanks.

==>Hi . If cabbage rejuvelac is made correctly it will not smell

bad nor make your house smell bad. You won't even notice it is there.

Do follow the recipe exactly and as noted below you don't want to blend

it too much. The recipe describes what good rejuvelac should taste

like.

how much good bacteria is in 1 glass?

==>I do not know how many units are in the rejuvelac, but I can

assure you it contains enough for 1 day. When I cured my candida 20

years ago I took powdered probiotics in the millions of units, not

billions, like they do nowadays. Go figure. I scoured the literature

when to make my recommendation of 10 billion total per day. It is a

waste to take more than 10 billion per day, except to treat diarrhea

or constipation. Your body won't implant good bacteria any faster by

taking more.

Cabbage rejuvelac is the very best probiotic to take.
