I spent 45 minutes looking for it this morning and finally found it. Here it

is. However I have a question. Do you put the boiling water (hot) in the

blender or do you wait until it cools?

Bee’s Raw Egg Drink

Contains: 19 grams of protein, 65 grams of fat and 4 grams of carbs.

§ 3 raw large whole eggs (or 4 medium), preferably “certified organic”

free-range

§ 2 tablespoons coconut oil

§ 2 tablespoons butter (the best is organic cultured)

§ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to taste)

§ stevia sweetener (to taste)

§ 2 – 2 ½ cups of boiled filtered water

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. It is best to drink it while it is

hot.

yes, put the boiling water right in the blender. It won't cook the

eggs...that was my concern when I first made the drink.

I usually put all the ingredients into the blender while the water

heats. Once it is boiling, I turn the burner under the tea pot off...

start the blender and pour the water in through the hole in the lid of

the blender.

I make it every morning. Yummy and nutritious. If you want to use

chlorine-free water boil it for 30 minutes first, or leave a container

of water sitting out with the top open for 24 hours.

Hi Lex,

You need to boil the water to melt the butter and coconut oil - re-

check the recipe my friend.

Also take it easy on the egg drink, starting with 1 egg and much less

butter and coconut oil, spices, water, etc. - butter, coconut oil and

cinnamon are all antifungal so they all cause die-off symptoms. Only

increase them gradually, every 4-5 days, to minimize healing/die-off

reactions. " More is not better my friend. "

I am unable to add spices, cinnamon or nutmeg, into my egg drink, because of the

starch

which causes an Ankylosing Spondylitis flare. So the drink tastes terrible. I

tried adding

vanilla but that didn't taste good either.

What I tried now and found I like is fresh coconut water from a Thai Coconut. I

use it in place

of the water. How bad is this for the candida? It is not sweet tasting at all,

more of a nutty

flavor.

If I can't have the coconut water, then I have to give up the egg drink till I

found something

else that works. Which would be worse?

Jeanne,

The coconut water is high in sugar.. very high actually. When we were raw

vegan and using coconut kefir.. fermented coconut water... it was our

downfall. The candida FLARED quite a bit in all 4 of us.. and it is taking

months and months to correct.

Someone else might have an idea for flavouring.

Hi Jeanne,

When I first started this diet I too couldn't drink Bee's egg drink with water

because it made me so sick, what I started to do and still do is: Using beef

broth, or cabbage soup instead of water, you can omit the spices and still get a

tasty drink. Give it a try, I'm sure you will like it.

Good luck, Maddalena

Hi Maddalena,

Well I just might have to give that a try, sounds like a lunch item. Great

Idea!

Thanks,

Jeanne
