hi all,

thanks, bee, for getting me on the right track, and *WOW* for the

incredible amount of pro bono effort you are putting into making us

better....god has a special place all for you, sweetheart!

read so many files and posts today my eyeballs are almost bleeding,

but i just couldn't stop--it all rang so true.

my beautiful son max has asperger's syndrome and i have multiple

sclerosis (or at least something mimicking it, am paralyzed from the

waist down and have had horrible intestinal pain for years

now)...we've been figuring out our food allergies one at a time but it

seems like we're getting painted further further into a corner--

amazingly there is not one single item (except eggs) on bee's list

that we are allergic too--guess our body's trying to tell us something.

today, though--today was just really bad. we ate some reconstructed

potato chips yesterday that really affected us badly--max was psycho

all day and i was numb from the neck down...so much for stuff being

good for you just cause it's from whole foods...lol! but it cemented

my intent to go ahead with this and again i'm so glad to have you guys.

one question--we both have trouble processing too much fat--is this

going to be a problem?

yours, with love and thanks,

aviva

==>Aw shucks Aviva. Thanks so very much! If it helps you and Max

that will be my reward!

==>We do " know " when something is right! It's that intuitive sense

that is strong is all of us, when we listen to it. Very well done on

reading so much!

==>You will be amazed when you read the Allergies information - I

think it has it's own folder! Healing Reactions are not allergic

reactions when you consume good unadulterated foods, even eggs. Also

labs are not regulated on the substances they use to test allergies

and may even use pesticide laden antigens.

==>Coconut oil and butter do not require bile for digestion, so they

are the very easiest fats to start with. They are both antifungal

however so you should start with small amounts and gradually increase

them, because they will create healing symptoms. If you do this diet

your body will correct the problem you have digesting fats, but do

take one step at a time. In fact proteins and fats are the very

easiest foods for the body to digest as opposed to any carbs. Do

check out the Digestion Folder for more information and help, and the

Oils & Fats, Coconut Oil, and Cod Liver Oil Folders. Your eyeballs

will be popping but education is so important!! This is a healing

program for sure. I'm convinced it will help any body problem.

==>You are entirely welcome Aviva.

Love & hugs, Bee
