Guest guest
Welcome back Bee. thanks for the reply. I am glad I can eat as many butter and eggs as I like. I love eggs. I am on this diet for one month. I am on antifungals: oil of oregano, clove oil, Pau d arco & able to increase coconut oils. I don't feel a bloated as before, sometimes I feel tired. I get some rashes and have the pattern of waking up in the middle of the night around 4am but am able to get back to sleep right after. Is this normal die off symtoms? Does high fat diet require more energy from my organs to break down the fat for energy? Do I need to drink more water from this diet? What food do you recommend that can get a higher dose of Vitamin E? The diet is helping my rosecea, my face is a little less red than before. I stop juicing vegetable juice since I started this diet. When can I can implement fresh juice again? Or should I avoid juicing altogether? What is your opinion on wheatgrass drink? What is your substitute for ice-cream? tks

However, eating fats too soon before bed will give you more energy and could interfere with sleep - eat them 3 hours before bedtime. No, you do not require more water because good fats and minerals from ocean sea salt help your body's cells utilize water better. > > What food do you recommend that can get a higher dose of Vitamin E? > The diet is helping my rosecea, my face is a little less red than > before. ==>I'd have to look that up and I don't have time right now. I recommend taking vitamin E capsules, 400 IU per day, from a non-soy source, i.e. Natural Factors has a Clear Base formula, and others have a Dry formula which doesn't use soy. > > I stop juicing vegetable juice since I started this diet. What is your opinion on wheatgrass drink? ==>Juicing is not the best way to get your veggies because the sugars are released into the bloodstream too quickly. All juices should be consumed with plenty of good fats to slow the release of sugars into the system. I'd wait to have some until after you've been on probiotics for 3 months. Wheatgrass is okay, but it is not necessary for health, and because it is made from wheat I don't recommend it. > > What is your substitute for ice-cream? ==>After you've cured your candida you can have some homemade ice cream from raw dairy.
