anyone know of GT's Kombucha? it is sold in health food stores, each

bottle has some of the kombucha strands/mother in it. the label reads

30 calories per 8 oz serving. does that sound like its neutralized

enough of the sugar to be safe for candida?

i love this stuff and have been avoiding since beginning candida

cleanse. but now i read here that kombucha is good for candida!

anyone who is familiar with GT's please respond.

what is the best form of vitamin c to take?

i'm going to begin taking some very day with my bioflavanoids until i

can get my bruising under control. i get terrible bruises on my legs

and arms, this has happened for years. nothing seems to help. but i

read here recently that bioflavanoids are good for the capillaries,

and i've heard that before as well. what else is out of balance if

you bruise easily?

last question! i get lightheaded when going from sitting to standing

position, my vision darkens and it takes me 10 seconds or so to

stablize. i've been told that's low blood pressure. could it be

dehydration too? any suggestions on helping that?

thanks !

Sounds like you need to take a LOT more vitamin c. Like titrate to bowel tolerance. I'm on week two of this and my candida is gone, my bruising is gone, and my lightheadedness is gone. Your sysmptoms resemble scurvy to me.
