I've used CO on her--it really did the trick for her lips. Thank you. ==>Hi Debra. I'm so glad your daughter is better. For her gums, is she getting enough vitamin C? Also, I would like to add that for the past 3 months--it is the first time in MY life that I have had a regular menstrual cycle. I have spent so much time and money with Dr.s on saliva testing, scoping, prescriptions, worrying...etc. > I am truly amazed AND THANKFUL! > I extend my deepest gratitude to you for your research and commitment to the group. ==>That's fabulous Debra! Very well done! I'm so happy you are getting so much from the information and my group! Lotsa hugs, Bee
Guest guest
, Thanks for the information. I switched to using Hydrogen peroxide for brushing my teeth as Bee suggested. I don't get bleeding with this but hydrogen peroxide seems to neutralize blood normally. Yes I am using a soft brush. My dentist told me not to rinse with (half water-half H202) every day, so am not sure what is right. Anyway I like using the H202. What toothpaste do others use here? Thanks and Happiness, Ellen " -) > Hi Ellen, > > I don't know how long you've been on Bee's diet, but I just read this > in " Life Without Bread: " > > " After the transition to a low-carbohydrate diet, is is not unusual to see a swelling and bleeding of the gums for a short while. It's pretty nice. a

Now I know it won't hurt me. Do so appreciate all you do. Gratefully, Ellen " _)
