Guest guest
Hi Do you suffer from Ulcerative Colitis or the other Colitis - the one that is not chronic. What medications do you take? Thanks
Guest guest
When I was first diagnosed with it, it was the one that was not supposed to be chronic. However, it is chronic and became chronic shortly after my first bout with it. Again, it was at the same time that many of my other candida symptoms were beginning. ~ In a message dated 8/5/00 6:21:15 AM Central Daylight Time, krein@... writes: << Hi Do you suffer from Ulcerative Colitis or the other Colitis - the one that is not chronic. Guest guest
Hi Are you taking any medication for your colitis? If so, which meds? I do know that CD and UC are very similar. Guest guest
, You shouldn't give up on my meds. For instance, right now both my candida and crohns are a real mess. I had to change my meds slightly cos of the candida and crohns is much worse, but I'm not giving up. What meds were you given that you gave up on? Guest guest
, the meds I was given for colitis were anti-inflammatories (similar to ibuprofen) and yes, it was in my best interest to quit taking them because it was causing more health problems for me. I think that's where colitis and crohns is different. You should do what is best for your health ~ In a message dated 8/8/00 12:37:09 PM Central Daylight Time, krein@... writes: << , You shouldn't give up on my meds. Guest guest
Hi laura It seems like you doctor was given you the total wrong treatment. But crohns and colitis are very similar, but there is a difference between the medical condition called Colitis and the Inflammatory Bowlel Disease called Ulcerative Colitis. Guest guest
Right. He treated me for the first one while I had the second. Part of the reason I don't trust doctors anymore. ~ In a message dated 8/13/00 12:47:37 PM Central Daylight Time, krein@... writes: << Hi laura It seems like you doctor was given you the total wrong treatment.
