Guest guest
Kelli: The Diflucan will help her as long as she does the diet as well. She could also take Garlic pills, thats not so expensive but... she needs to learn to keep up with the diet! there's no sense trying to kill the yeast and feed it at the same time. tell her to do her best, maybe eliminate 1 thing every 3-4 days. go into it slowly. Guest guest
Hello... I have a friend that I KNOW is plagued by Candida, but is not able to seek any sort of medical intervention as she is basically " dirt poor " . It really is too bad. She has been on round after round of antibiotics to deal with recurrent sinus infections, lung problems, vaginal infections, etc. She said that her doc is recommending laser surgery on her vocal cords. She does not experience pain at this point, but loses her voice frequently. The doc tells her that it will get worse until she sounds " raspy " all the time. I have given her probiotics, tea tree oil and oregano tabs. I cannot afford to supply her with any more, but I figrued this was a good start. She needs a " jump " start to try and get over this. She loves dairy products and she loves sweet stuff....so the vicious cycle continues. I have encouraged her to quit eating this stuff...she says she will try. Does any one on this list have any idea what may be causing these nodules and what may rid her of them, without surgery? She does have insurance, so maybe she would be a good candidate for the Diflucan. I think her doc may prescribe that for her... Help me to help her! Thanks in advance... kelli frantik Pittsburgh, PA area __________________________________________________
