Guest guest
, thanks, I needed that and I am going to share you message with my coworkers and friends. A Prayer In times like these I cling more dearly to the only source of my strength, my heavenly Father. I hide beneath His wings, I cleve to His promises for He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the everlasting to everlasting, the Lamb that was slain and the Lion of Judah. Seek Him in your pain and dispare, call on His name for He is the God that healeth thee. He is justice, mercy, grace, love and He flows continually thru those who are called by His name. When His disciples where paniced while in a fishing boat in a stormy sea He said, " Peace, be still. " Let us take that this to heart and be still to hear His voice and be at peace because He is still in control. I bid you peace, () in Jax Fl
Guest guest
Dear Lyme Friends: I have a very strong belief and faith in God. I understand that not all people share my belief, and I respect that. So, if you do not share my belief in God, please understand that I am not attempting to force my beliefs upon you. However, this is the only way I can get my message to all those who do have a belief and faith in God. Therefore, please respect my sending this message to those people in these groups. Many advocates are working very hard in many various ways to improve our situation with diagnosis and treatment. I think that another very important step would be to pray for God to help us with our situation. A very wonderful woman with a really big heart has been reaching out to a destitute family of Lyme patients in a foreign country. She stated her feelings so well when she referred to us all as being part of the Human Family. We must remember that we are all Brothers and Sisters, especially Lyme Brothers and Sisters. I am humbly asking everyone to share this prayer with me, so that we will be praying together. There is strength in numbers when it comes to changing a situation, and there is also strength in numbers when it comes to the power of prayer. LYME PRAYER Father, we thank you for the blessings you have bestowed upon each of us individually. Despite the difficulty of our situations, we are thankful for our trials which provide enlightenment into our spirituality. We are thankful that our trials afford us the opportunity to serve others by exhibiting understanding, empathy, compassion and the sharing of our abundance. We are thankful for the guidance you provide in our lives through your written words and personal revelations to us. Father, we humbly ask you to abide with us in our daily struggles with our illnesses and ask that you would bring to light in our minds the truths and teachings that we need to learn from both our good and bad earthly experiences. Please provide a way for the many people suffering with Lyme disease and co-infections to have your Spirit with them and lead them to the means to get the treatment they need. Father, we humbly ask for your Spirit to rest upon those individuals who have authored the IDSA treatment guidelines for Lyme disease and the other people at the CDC and the NIH who are involved with making decisions regarding Lyme disease. Please let your Spirit touch their hearts and minds deeply and with overwhelming power to override their motives for denying us the medical care that we need. We pray that antibiotics, supplements and natural remedies that we need to aid our bodies in healing be made readily available to us through the doctors who care for us. We ask that you protect the doctors and nurses who treat us for our illnesses. Please provide a way for each of them to avoid unfounded prosecution by their state medical boards. Please also let your Spirit touch the hearts and minds of the many doctors and nurses who are approached by patients with Lyme disease, so that their hearts and minds will be open to acceptance of their patients’ medical needs. Father, please grant us the strength to endure our trials and persecution. We have faith in your will for us, and we accept the outcome of our situation. Thank you. I for one certainly appreciate all of you who will pray with me and have faith in His will. Please pray for these things as often as you can and I will do the same. In Love and Peace, Tina J.
