Guest guest
*****I'm assuming that those who felt worse were using a " snap-crackle-pop " chiropractor???? There is no way I could take one of those kind of chiropractors. I went to, with GREAT success, for over a year to a " Touch Networking " Chiropractor....The only time I felt herxing with him was when I would do my IV's then stop by his office to be adjusted. He is one of our Founding Sponsors at www.leaparizona.com and is a GREAT chiropractor. He treats lots of Lyme patients, who have all had success with his type of adjusting. IMHO, I would get a " Touch Networking " chiropractor for further adjustments. We are excited at L.E.A.P. We received our determination letter for our non-profit 501.....it is retroactive to June 24, 2005. Anything you buy from L.E.A.P. is now " tax deductible " ....YEEEeeeeHAWWwww Keep a smile on your face, love in your heart and walk with the angels, holding hands in the " Chain of LOVE " .... Guest guest
HI Makayla, Years ago when I worked for a chiorpractor and that would happen, he told me that it took ahile for my body to " get into that bad shape " and it would take awhile for it to get better again. I peresonally still go to the chiropractor once a week and would not do without it. They haved helped me through this lyme lke you wouldn't believe. I feel if they remove the pressure on the spine, the body can start healing. I used to get horrid migraines where nothing worked but an adjustment. Good luck.......do what you feels right. Guest guest
I have had this. My chiropractor told me it was the toxins and lyme being released into the rest of the body, especially if you are cracked or stretched in any way. I talked to my IDD and nutritionist and they both agreed that is what happens. It does get better. It is good to get the Lyme out of every hiding place. Guest guest
I went to a chiro years ago when I first got sick and the same thing happened to me as well.. I had to stop due to finances but yes I always felt worse afterwards. I would go home and go to bed... Robyn

Guest guest
I wonder if this is similar to the " directional non-force " technique of chiropractic. That's what my husband's chiro does. There is no twisting; instead, it's similar to accupressure, and it's very effective. His neck was so arthritic he couldn't turn, and now his range of motion is much better. (This was pre-Lyme.) So it's good to know that chiro helps get the bugs out of the spine, even if it makes us feel worse for a while!
