Hi,

Many of us with HCV are using LDN in conjunction with ALA (alpha-lipoic-acid), selenium and milk thistle, as per Dr. Berkson's protocol. The ALA alone is known for aiding in neuropathy.

I've been on LDN since March of this year and it has knocked my HCV viral load from over a million to less than 20,000 and my liver enzymes are normal.

There is a group for folks with all forms of Hepatitis - many members are also using LDN with great results. We maintain a database that contains before and after LDN labwork and we are hoping that it will lead to an eventual clinical trial for LDN and HCV. The group can be found here:

Hope this helps!

Hi, looking into LDN for tx of issues of PN related to viral (HCV) vasculitis, kidney-liver damage organ damage. Would love to learn if it helped with these progressive symptoms as well. Thanks- and Best Wishes for New Year to All in 2010! purna
