How would you do this, place the glass bottle in boiling water w/the top

off and heat to remove the alcohol?

People have different opinions about this (as with anything else)....

my understanding is that very hot water (almost boiling) is fine. I don't

believe that the heat from the water will diminish the efficacy of the

herbal extract.

This is how I take all tinctures, as i'm alcohol sensitive.
