Guest guest
There are different blood tests to show that you have RA other than the RA factor test. I forget the name, but it checks for a different blood protein that RA makes. If the sed rate or the RA factor test comes back with a negative, ask your doctor about the newer blood tests. I don't have the RA factor and that is why I went untreated for 12 years. They pulled out some fluid from my knees and did the diagnois from that. (The fluid was total cloudy and dark - not amber and clear. The doctor could tell from looking at it - the level was almost 900 instead of 15.) Hang in there, they learn more about this damned disease every day, Lynette > > > > > > > > Hi ... > > > > > > I know some people with r/a have normal blood > > tests.
