Itches, doesn't it? Get on a probiotic like home made kefir, or yougurt. Drink declorinated water. Avoid sweets. I found relief by soaking a tampon in a solution of 1/3 tea tree oil, 2/3 veggie oil. Guest guest
HI , The symptoms of vaginitis are inflammation of the mucous membranes lining the vagina, inlude a burning and or/itching sensation and abnormal vaginal discharge. Vaginitis may be caused by vitamin B defficiency or irritation from excessive douching or the use of products such as vaginal deodorant sprays poor hygiene and tight non-porous clothing, diabetes pregnancy and the use of anti-biotics. Oral contraceptives can do it. Guest guest
Yeast infections really don't have an odor that I know of. I have had a yeast infection beggining after every period for a year and there is no smell, lots of white discharge and lots of itching. I would suggest you go to the doctor and have him see what it may be. There are all types of vaginal problems and they are not all related to yeast. > Can you tell me if these sound like the syptoms of a yeast infection? Guest guest
I have a friend who had a bad yeast infection and there was a horrible smell. I think it depends on how long it goes, maybe. I want to do a survey of women who have vaginal yeast infections, because I found something that seems to have worked for me. Maybe I will get on that today. What kind of feminine hygiene products do you use? If you use tampons or disposable pads, do you think using these are contributing to or even causing your yeast infections? Guest guest
Inever used tampons and had yeast all the time, so for me was not a factor. Guest guest
I mostly use pads but try to ensure they are " cottony " covered rather than the plastic type. I use tampons only for sports and haven't found that either made it better or worse. Guest guest
I agree, yeast infections do not normally have a bad odour. You should definately go get checked for other types of infection. crazyhousemouse <crazyhousemouse@...> wrote:Yeast infections really don't have an odor that I know of. Guest guest
It is very possible that the bleach in either products is making your yeast problems worse. Do you think it is a hormonal thing more than an environmental thing like the pads? Anyone with input, please jump in, and I will share what worked for me in a bit. Just wanted to see what others have experienced. Guest guest
I have a hormonal imbalance that if I don't take care of myself/it then I get worse. If I take care of myself/it I tend to no longer get vag. yeast. Evie Maddox <evie@...> wrote:It is very possible that the bleach in either products is making your yeast problems worse. Please remind me if I don't get back to you this week. Also I will calculate some foods you generally eat so you can get a better idea on what portions to consume.
