I think you need to be on hawthorne a while before you feel any improvement;

there's a lag time. Steve B.

I have organic hawthorn leaves and flowers for a tea. I am afraid to try it. Has

anyone felt better or worse with it? joyce

I used to take 1-2 capsules/day of hawthorne berry for a couple years with no

noticeable banefit. After hearing Cheney was using hawthorne flower and leaf I

changed to this form and upped my dose. I began to notice small increase in

energy but it took a while. Cheney video says full benefits of increase in

cardiac output can take years. Steve B.

Someone, I believe mrraba, said to be careful w/ hawthorn and the

warning was given in the Cheney DVD from the Sept. lecture. Does

anyone know what the potential concerns might be? Thanks,
