Guest guest
Jo - I have been using salt/c protocol for five months, and doing the Buhner protocol for about eight months. They definitely work together nicely, and many people on this list do both, I believe. You can google for the LymeStrategies group. I know there is also info about this protocol on the planet thrive web site. Good luck. Jnanda
Guest guest
Took a lot of searching around but I finally found someone say they take l/4tsp + a pinch of salt and equal C four times a day. She only weights 97 pounds and I guess its based on weight. It seems like such a simple protocol yet finding any specifics has been very difficult! Can anyone tell me what it is supposed to help specifically, or is it lyme in general? Thanks, jo
Guest guest
Hi Jo, I also do both. But low dose S & C. Guest guest
Hey Jo, That may have been me that said that on LS. My Dr put me on it to begin with. They don't talk about it much on LS but in Dr Klinghardt protocal he talks about about it. My Dr website is drrandy.org Look for lyme articles and the Dr Klinghardt. You should watch blood pressure at first. Mine went up and then balanced. I did go down to 88lbs. Now back up to 97. Do not do table salt. Healthe food store Real Salt or Krystal are good ones. Go slow as herx can be harsh and back down if too much. Hope this helps. Also on LS go to files. Take care Joyce wyomin@... wrote: Took a lot of searching around but I finally found someone say they take l/4tsp + a pinch of salt and equal C four times a day. Guest guest
Jo, In addition to what Joyce said, you might get better results by asking your questions on LS as those are the people doing that protocol.
