Need help from those who inject T and use Arimidex as well

Hi all,

If one is using gel or (in my case) shots, when is the time to take Arimidex?

I.e., if the testosetrone is injected on a Monday morning, when should the

Arimidex (.25mg) be taken (Monday when the shot was done, Monday night, the

Sunday befroe, Monday and Tues, etc.)? Is it before, after, how soon before or

how soon after? Do you find that Arimidex is best taken only on shot days or

EOD or ???

I am injecting 50mg twice a week and my T and E2 went just outside the top of

the range, so I am taking Anastrazole (0.25 mg pill). My sypmtoms are all over

the place (water gain, sweating, hot flashes, sometime great AM wood, other

times ED), fatigue, good energy - a pretty wild ride on " hills and valleys of

TRT " rollercoaster. I would like to hear back from those who inject T and use

Adex as well. What works for you - how much, how often, and relative to the

shot when do you take it?
