Hi Joe and Welcome it's good you joined here to talk about this you will get a

lot of good input even Dr.s like Dr. post here from time to time.

When did you do your labs the showed you at a TT of 810 was it just after your

shot it has to be or with in a few days of it to be this high on this shot every

15 days. I am betting if you did the labs on the day of your next shot you

would test dam low.

All your TSH is telling you is you need more Thyroid and if this is all the Endo

tested it's not telling you anything. You need Free T3 and T4 with Total T3 and

T4 also RT3.

Synthroid is a T4 only med and most of use can't convert the T4 into T3. It's

nuts to dose meds by TSH it is just the message from the Pituitary in your brain

that tells your Thyroid to make more hormone.

My wife was on Synthroid for 15 yrs never feeling better all ways cold and

constipated and un able to lose weight. And feeling fatigued all day long her

Endo's she seen many all did the same thing tested TSH and offered her Prozac

telling her she is Depressed. Finely one day she listened to me and seen a new

Dr. he put her on Armour and in about 6 weeks she could not believe how much

better she felt.

You need to do a minimum of 100 mgs of Depo T shots every week and test in the

morning of your next shot but before it. And you need levels of 810 for TT also

it's not a good idea to do Nolvadex with Testosterone. The Nolvadex is trying

to get your brain to send the LH and FSH messages to your Testis to make more

Testosterone and doing Testosterone shots is shutting down your brain from

sending this message. Anytime you put Testosterone into your body your brain

will see this and slow down sending the LH and FSH messages.

It's like driving a car with out any gas.

Your breast / nipple pain can be from your Estradiol levels going up or from the

T shot it's hard to tell. You need to test your Estradiol levels doing a Quest

labs test #4021 the range is 13 to 54 pg/ml the best level is 20 pg/ml I gage

this by my involuntary nocturnal erections that appear during REM (Rapid Eye

Movement) sleep. I call this wood.

I was on TRT for about 10 yrs I was in my 50's and getting some ED problems by

the age of 58 I had bad ED and could not reach an orgasm. I read about high

levels of Estradiol in men and had this tested. I was dam high got it down on

..5mgs per day of Arimidex the first thing to come back was my night time and

morning wood then that night I could have sex with my wife no more ED. So I

gage my Estradiol levels by my wood. On Arimidex one can go to low most keep it

in there Estradiol in the sweet spot doing .25 mgs or 1/4 of a one mg. pill

every 2 to 3 days.

Most Dr.'s will not give this to the men so I tell them to try Indolplex/DIM

this brand or one that comes in Tablets and has the word Indolplex in it.

You take on tablet at dinner time and in about 2 weeks or less you will get some

night time and morning wood so strong it will wake you up this is the sweet spot

for your Estradiol levels.

You keep taking this one tablet but is your wood stops your going down to low

and this is just as bad as being to high it will kill your wood and give you ED

that taking Viagra will not help.

So just stop the DIM until the wood comes back then that day go back on it but

cut the tablet in half.

What do I think you should do find a better Dr. Where do you live we have a

it and see if you can find a better Dr.
