Hold on here not enough testing to tell why your low and if you start on TRT it

shuts your Testis down and you can't figure out if your Primary meaning your

testis are not working or if your Secondary meaning you have a Pituitary problem

that needs to be tested with an MRI to rule out a tumor.

Look here go to Dr. 's site read TRT: A Recipe for success in this are labs

you need and why.

www.allthingsmale.com

There are some things that lower T and if you find them and treat them your

levels can come back up if you go on TRT your on it for life and you might not

need to be. The following if from this link.

You need LH and FSH with Estradiol if your Estradiol levels are good near 20

pg/ml and your LH and FSH are low you need your Pituitary looked at. If your

Estradiol levels are high you need to being them down and retest. If you LH and

FSH is high your testis can make enough testosterone.

According to the Great Smokies Diagnostic Lab, these are the causes of

hypogonadism:

chronic/systemic illness

surgery

chemotherapy

infections

premature aging

testicular trauma

stress

Kleinfelter's syndrome

autoimmune damage

tobacco and alcohol

sleep apnea

excessive heat

obesity

hypercortisolism

medications

hyperthyroidism

malnutrition

?Subtle clinical signs of hypogonadism may include slight gynecomastia

and soft small testes. However, researchers have noted that " the

findings of physical examination in men with adult-onset hypogonadism

are often normal.?

Secondary hypogonadism can develop as a result of hypothalamic or

pituitary disease, obesity, hypothyroidism or other causes. Some

conditions, such as hypercortisolemia, AIDS and severe systemic

illnesses, can trigger hypogonadism through a combination of both

primary and secondary mechanisms.?

Mine is 209 total, and 65.2 Free.

I have none of the other tests you do yet, but am also being led down the Testim

path.

I am 48, and I know how you must be feeling at 36.

Lots of educated folks here that will fill you in on what you need to know. I

would say that you certainly need something though.

Good luck, and welcome to the journey!
