I have recently had surgery at Geisinger Hospital. Who's your doctor? Dr. Hess performed my surgery. I think he is great. I went to New York City due to problems after my original spinal fusion and was recommened to him. I live around Pittsburgh. I had a fusion from T1 to about L2 and had my most recent fusion at L4 L5. I had my original surgery at age 17. Are you having problems now?

Hi everyone --

My name is Theresa I have had psoriasis as long as I can remember.

My skin is so dry it flakes on my legs and my head feels like a bumpy road. My

hands always dried up but now since I was told I have PsA my hands have been

swollen and red. They are cold and they are so dry they are cracking and they

hurt badly.

Some days I can't even hold a cup -- my hands feel like they are losing

power.

Any suggestions for me, or tips on how to deal with this?
