.... to offsent my venting post about plantar fasciitis :)

I'm fostering two new kittens for the AZ Humane Society... they are

two tiny balls of fluff running around the house... they keep my

spirits up seeing the world through their eyes, everything new &

exciting! My dog & 3 other cats are rolling their eyes " here my

people go again with the tiny fluffy things! " . My kids named them

Shadow (black w/green eyes) and Max (a gray & white tuxedo). We have

them for 3 more weeks until they are big enough for adoption.

With the end of the monsoon season in AZ, I am starting to feel

relief from the searing pain that was, well... you've been there.

It's a dark place where you think the pain will never end. *I'm

feeling better*

Each day I'm doing a little more, with less pain meds. Still running

my kids around, but not needing to nap every day. Today I took my

dog to a small local dog park and let him run about enjoying the

cooler weather. I've been able to clean my house some each day, which

is wonderful, as I just need things somewhat orderly to function (I

grew up on a farm... dirty & messy).

Anyway, just thought I'd share some positives!!! I have 2 great kids

& a great husband, some great pets, and great friends. There IS life

with this disease, even though we sometimes are in deep valleys we

never think we'll get out of.

(((hugs everyone!)))

Cheers Marietta!

From one farm raised gal to another, I'm rejoicing

with you on your new-found energy. I'm also feeling a

bit better these days, isn't it wonderful? Its so good

to be climbing out of the dark valley that I've been

in for the past four years. Do I dare say the word

" remission " , at the risk of jinxing myself?

Wishing y'all a pain free future :)

warm blessings,

jane
