Her only symptom is one swollen finger (PIP joint) very little

complaints of pain. Orthopedic Dr. ordered MRI (after xrays...) which

showed inflammatory joint damage and bone erosions. Blood work all

negative. Followed up with Pediatric Rheumatologist who feels it is

probably PA (note: grandfather recently diagnosed after years of

Psoriasis). Suggesting aggressive treatment with Methotrexate, and

1mg Folic Acid for side effects. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Has anyone had a child on this medication? I've read that nausea is

biggest side effect...anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks for any/all input!
