Hi ,

Yes, I take 1 tbsp each morning and I believe it is helping. I have had no

negative effects from taking it as others have. What exactly were you wanting to

know about it?

Dear Phyllis,

I am using this for Hypertension.

I was taking 320 mg of propanolol 3 times a day. Now I took 80 mg. twice a

day.

I mix 3 spoons of vinegar with water or lemon with water. It works marvels.

My blood tension drops immediately after 10 minutes of taking it.

For reflux I take same dosage BUT after 5 minutes I chew a calcium carbonate

(walmart antacid) tablet and go to sleep over my LEFT side. Why? because the

cardiac valve closes the connection with the esophagus and stops the

reflux... then the vinegar works with the digestion and moves the acid from

the stomach... your esophagus never receives the acid again. The trick is to

use the antacid to block the acid in the esophagus and since the mayor curve

from the stomach is at your left side the stomach content stay in the

stomach... after 30 minutes you can turn around and lye at your right

side... with me this is really good!
