Guest guest
Dear Amy, No, the B-Complex you bought is not okay for candida sufferers. It must be " sugar-free " - re-check the description in my article. Natural Factors has a good B-Complex. Guest guest
If you look at the FAQs for Pure Encapsulations, they go into quite a bit of detail about their products. That's one of the reasons I use them. Also, they don't put fillers in their capsules (like mag stearate) which is another reason I use them for a number--but certainly not all--of our supps. Guest guest
This is really wierd. I started her on B-complex and now this child that can never read, has been reading around the clock. Now, I have the opposite problem. I can't stop her from reading. I think the B's are making her over-focused, if this could possibly happen.
