Dear Amy,

No, the B-Complex you bought is not okay for candida sufferers. It

must be " sugar-free " - re-check the description in my article.

Natural Factors has a good B-Complex.

This is 1st time I am giving b-complex and also this brand so wanted some

feedback.

I don't know if it is best or just about same as other brands.

Here is what each capsule have:

each vegetable capsule contains:

thiamine HCl (B1)100 mg. riboflavin HCl (B2)5 mg. riboflavin 5' phosphate

(activated B2)10 mg. niacinamide100 mg. inositol hexaniacinate (no-flush

niacin)10 mg. pyridoxine HCl (B6)10 mg. pyridoxal 5' phosphate (activated

B6)10 mg. pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate) (B5)100 mg. methylcobalamin

(B12)400 mcg. folic acid400 mcg.** biotin400 mcg. vitamin C (as ascorbyl

palmitate)16 mg.

If you look at the FAQs for Pure Encapsulations, they go into quite a

bit of detail about their products. That's one of the reasons I use

them. Also, they don't put fillers in their capsules (like mag

stearate) which is another reason I use them for a number--but

certainly not all--of our supps.

This is really wierd. I started her on B-complex and now this child

that can never read, has been reading around the clock. Now, I have

the opposite problem. I can't stop her from reading. I think the B's

are making her over-focused, if this could possibly happen.

Which b-complex did you use? I am looking for a B-Complex for my 2 year

old.
