Guest guest
The company that makes the THT, I use are in trial studies that can help the fight against premature ejaculation. I don't know if pagaclone is on the open market, but I will research further. PREMATURE EJACULATION In reviewing the pagoclone database, the Company identified a small number of patients who reported delayed ejaculatory response in clinical trials. Based on this finding, in March 2006, the Company filed anew patent application for the use of pagoclone as a treatment for premature ejaculation. Additional testing is necessary to determine whether pagoclone would be an effective treatment for PE, and the Company is evaluating the clinical and regulatory path to proof of concept studies of pagoclone as an on-demand oral therapy for men with PE. The normal ejaculatory response is controlled by multiple neurotransmitters, including serotonin and GABA. There is evidence that drugs that stimulate or increase the action of GABA in the brain ay delay the ejaculatory response. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual dysfunctions in men, affecting approximately 30% of the adult male population. Currently, there is no FDA-approved drug therapy for PE. http://www.indevus.com/product/pagaclone.asp?page=pagaclone
