Especially if the primary benefit (vs existing treatments) is fewer injections. Brad
Guest guest
I went to a new uro last week for a second opinion. This guy seems to be realy up on T replacement and Trimix. He gave me a script for 30-3- 30 that works well and is willing to work with local compounding RX to tweeak the dose. Anyway after an 1/2 hour with him he suggested that I join an upcoming T phase 3 trial for a new T coming to the US from Europe. 3 year study with shots only 5 times per year. Anyone heard of this? Or has someone in Europe tried this? Thanks Jack
Guest guest
I looked at the lit on this in 2004. One of the published articles contained graphs of testosterone levels that suggested to me that the huge periods between shots were too long and likely caused too wide of swings in T levels as the depot shots were quite large. Don't get me wrong, IF one COULD take a depot shot every three weeks, it might be as good as taking currently available form T esters in depot shots every week as far as controlling highs and lows. So until they shorten the shot schedule to every three weeks, I doubt it will be ready for prime time. In my humble opinion. > > > > I went to a new uro last week for a second opinion. Guest guest
I talk to 6 men now in the UK that are on it and the swings are off the chart lasting only 4 to 6 weeks driving up Estradiol looks to me like this will not go far in the States. Nebido just does not cut it. Phil betaine_hcl <no_reply > wrote: I looked at the lit on this in 2004. Guest guest
If it is Nebido no stay away from it I talk to 6 men in the UK and they say it is not good big swings and only works for 4 to 6 weeks. Then they get shot again and this drives up there Estradiol and in the UK try to get them to test for it let along give you something to get it down.
