Ron it was made to be injected IM but even Dr. says to do it subQ I have

been doing it in my leg using a 27g 5/8 " lg. needle. So one would have to say

it is going into my leg but is subQ. What kind of HCG do you have. Mine

Novarel and when I mix it I put in 10 ml's of the water. 1000 IU'g = 1 ml. so

my vial has 10,000 IU's per 10 ml's. The cost of my HCH is $40.00.

I have a question about HCG....I know it is to be injected in the

intramuscular injection only? "

Also, it is supposed to be 2000IU in the vial. Now, the amp that comes

with it od sodium chloride is but 1 ml. Mixing this to reconstitute

the HCG would only yeild 1 ml. then, which is but 1 cc. This is only

1000IU, is it not?

Thanks for any responses.

Shipping is rather high with alldaychemist, so get your arimidex and other

drugs there to save on shipping.

I have been trying to figure how hCG helps women lose weight, could it

increase their testosterone? In running this down, I read on the weight

loss pages, hCG is only good for a week, once it is mixed, any truth in

that?

The above is what I dug up, referencing life of hCG and the study seems to

indicate hCG does help in weight loss.

A number of physicians using HCG in this

Summary

Twenty female patients on 500- to 550-

on 500- to 550-kcal diets receiving

Its anecdotal, of course, but as Ive mentioned before, a female friend

said she used HCG to lose weight effectively 20 years ago.

it certainly does work for weight loss when combined with a low cal

diet. here's a group with people using it;

HcgDieters/

i have lost 31 pounds in a month on it. a brilliant british doctor came

up with it in the 50's after realizing the hypothalamus

was responsible for weight regulation and HcG reset it. he had a clinic

in rome for years and charged thousands of dollars for it. the wealthy,

royalty, actors etc. glady paid. (ever notice how the rich tend to be

so much thinner than " regular folks " ? it ain't self-discipline)

ther were a few clinics back in the 70's in the states but were

harrassed and shut down. the billion dollar weight loss industry

doesn't want any competition, definately not from something that

actually WORKS!. the food industry wants us to be fat as fat people

consume more food and the drug companies want fat people as they are

sicker and need more drugs than healthy thin people.

google dr. simeon and go to amazon and buy kevin trudeau's book 'weight

loss cure' if you're interested.

Thanks for these links. I'm not sure if HCG would do anything for me

since being XXY means that my testes have never fully developed

anyway and remain in a pre-puberty state. However I have emailed All

Things Male and await their response before suggesting it to my endo.

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize it would do much for sperm but I too have

heard about pregnancy with HCG use in men. I am primary but feel better after a

HCG shot and anything I can get out of the boys is a plus.

Many studies have shown that LH alone can induce spermatoa w/o the

need for FSH - this is backed up simply by the fact some guys have

got their partners pregnant whilst on TRT with hCG only and not hMG

(FSH analogue). Testicles volume are 95% taken up by Sertoli cells

(needed for sperm production) - your testicles will respond to hCG

and therefore size increase won't be imagination - if primary hypo

then probably won't respond much of course

I would agree - even if primary might as well keep testicles

producing endogeneous testosterone whilst you are able to.

Did you have karotype test for klinefelters and/or semen test for

fertility?

Also do you get hCG prescribed or do you buy from alldayschemist for

example and self medicate?

I ask because I reckon I'm primary and would only want to do TRT

alongside hCG as do not feel good about switching my testicles off

regardless of the fact they are only churning out 300 ng/dL of TT

I'm guessing you had some sort of injury/trauma to your testicles

then or at least have not been primary all your life since surely

could not have had these blood test figures and have 3 kids?

Also whats ADC..never heard of it?

Are you getting your hCG from alldaychemist? I need to find good

reputable source as would be almost impossible to obtain it via

prescription in UK.

Don't know any alternatives to arimidex apart from DIM but no idea

how effective this is at lowering estrogen compared to arimidex and

would never touch liquid versions of arimidex aptly named liquidex.

Cheers

Take it you have no idea what your levels were before then? seems

strange just to crash w/o a known cause - what are the tablets

called? DIM seems to work well for most it would seem.

Would you say you are happy so far with TRT then? - what have you

seen as benefits from TRT injections?

Just do a search for Arimidex.

A lot of hormones tanked. I take Test., HCG, Armour, and Hydrocortisone. They

all work together and some days are better than others. I wouldn't be working if

I didn't do the hormone replacement.

Sorry! It has been a long day. You are mixing 500IU/ml.

The 5000 IU hucog comes with an ampule of sodium chloride solution to

" mix " with a small vial. I throw the sodium chloride away since I'm not

doing a one time injection. I buy bac water elsewhere, and mix a ml or

two into 5000 IU HCG powder containing vial (again - the vial is too

small). I get a new empty sealed sterile 10 ml vial elsewhere and

withdraw the solution from the vial that came with the hucog package and

inject it into the new sterile vial and then add enough additional bac

water to produce 10 ml of solution in the vial. That will produce 500

IU per ml of solution per ml of solution and I inject 0.5 ml or 250 IU

twice a week. Other men only mix in 5 ml of solution total into the new

vials so that they get 1000 IU per ml of solution and then inject 0.250

ml twice per week which gives them the same 250 IU per injection.

Yes, this dosage seems excessively high. Granted, individuals often have

varying medication needs, but a regimen of high hCG like this can cause the

Leydig cells in the testes to lose sensitivity to stimulating hormones (hCG,hMG,

LH), and thereby cease to produce sufficient testosterone in response to those

hormones. That will necessitate going on testosterone itself.

A better plan is limiting hCG use to a maximum of 1000 iu per week, dividing the

dose. The more frequent administrations, the better. I.e. 250 iu every other

day or 125 iu every day should give the testes sufficient stimulation to produce

testosterone while minimizing testicular estrogen production.

The higher dose protocol (2000 iu +) is older and resembles what bodybuilders

think they have to do in order to recover after steroid use, but recent studies

have shown it has little benefit compared to a lower dose.

Follow your doctor's orders or the directions on the label. The following

dose is different, do not change it unless your doctor tells you to do so.

need to receive this medicine for several weeks, months, or longer. If you are

being treated for a low sperm count and have been on this medicine for six

months, your doctor may give you another hormone medicine (menotropin or

urofollitropin injection). You may need to receive both of these medicines

together for up to twelve more months.

Hi,

yea it SAYS amps... but it comes in a SMALL multiuse vial just like a little

bitty 10ml test vial... it DOES come with saline in an amp... which I don't use

and use bacteriostatic water instead.

I've been using bacteriostatic water for hcg all along... even when I was

getting it in amps... but now I've got this pile of sterile saline amps I just

can't manage to throw away... it IS sterile and all... but is there any real

reason to keep it?

Hi,

I just use the little bitty multiuse vial it comes in.

1 ml of bacteriostatic water

and only pull up 250iu (.05ml) to do a TINY shot.

when between insurances I bought TEST on the international market and used a

450mg/ml Supertest and did .3ml later increasing to .4ml

I just don't see a reason to want to do a larger VOLUME shot.

urofollitropin injection). You may need to receive both of these medicines

together for up to twelve more months.

Dr. has been using HCG for many yrs he treats a lot of men from all over

the world he says never do more then 500 IU's in a day but feels one only needs

250 IU's. Read about this at his site he puts this out there free for you and

your Dr. read " TRT: A Recipe for Success and his HCG Update at

www.allthingsmale.com

and this link supports what he says.

The last thing you need to do is desensitize your Testis to HCG and become

Primary.

My syringes are not that precise. I have 1 ml syringes and pulling 0.25

ml or .5 ml will give me a lot more accuracy than trying to go for 0.05

ml which is a very narrow area. I will be off plus/minus 50% and will

not get consistent results from week to week.

Yes, this dosage seems excessively high. Granted, individuals often have varying

medication needs, but a regimen of high hCG like this can cause the Leydig cells

in the testes to lose sensitivity to stimulating hormones (hCG,hMG, LH), and

thereby cease to produce sufficient testosterone in response to those hormones.

That will necessitate going on testosterone itself.

A better plan is limiting hCG use to a maximum of 1000 iu per week, dividing the

dose. The more frequent administrations, the better. I.e. 250 iu every other day

or 125 iu every day should give the testes sufficient stimulation to produce

testosterone while minimizing testicular estrogen production.

The higher dose protocol (2000 iu +) is older and resembles what bodybuilders

think they have to do in order to recover after steroid use, but recent studies

have shown it has little benefit compared to a lower dose.

Follow your doctor's orders or the directions on the label. The following

information includes only the average doses for chorionic gonadotropin. If your

dose is different, do not change it unless your doctor tells you to do so.
