Guest guest
I just finished 96 hours on a chemo pump and sailed through it with no problems other than being sapped of energy during 40 minutes of standing in line Monday at the Tijuana border crossing; it was a holiday and pedestrian traffic was a bear. It alarmed my wife to see me do so, but in addition to the supplements that I make/take, I constantly nibbled on sugar to keep the cancer sucking up the antimetabolites. I did a CBC at the clinic and all blood values are high. I have included phosphatidyl serine in my supplements for a few days, more on hunch than direct evidence. Tallberg of Finland would include animal brain in the diet of cancer patients to reverse chemo-induced leukopenia. I just couldn't see myself doing that so I substituted the phosphatidyl serine. At least I know it didn't hurt. I was reading up on my chemo-radiation protocol. It seems that the cancer is up to 60% curable if stage 3A, but 0% curable if stage 3B. This is about the sharpest drop that I have ever seen in cancer statistics. It just might be a good time for me to revisit hepatoprotective agents !! Anyhow, my energy level is very high and there were no side effects from the chemo.
