Divide your doses through the day. You want to be a little cautious

if you have mets to the liver. Check your liver enzymes whenever you

run your blood chemistry.

Jan, 800 mg is the suggested dose for those with active ulcers (or 300

mg 4x a day), and after ulcers are gone the PDR suggests a 200 mg dose

per day. Be aware that one of the side effects in men is enlarged breasts.
