Some researchers have made protocols for people to practice so as to recover

from cancer. I understand that, particularly with the Budwig protocol (BP),

that it needs to be practiced in its entirety. There are also exclusions -

for instance, the BP excludes antioxidants (that are not from whole foods)

as it is claimed that these substances interfere with recovery. Although

specifics are better raised with the FlaxSeedOil2 Group I will address

a few of them here in response to nili gilig's post.

My impression is that these are theories that attempt to describe how our

bodies work.

" My husband has been battling lung cancer for just about a year now.

He eats no meat, no foul, fish, maybe 4 ozs twice a month. No sugar, even

in fruits, no white refined carbs, no preservatives, no processed foods. He

eats an almost 95% green vegetarian diet. The exceptions are the cottage

cheese in the Budwig protocol and about 4 eggs per week. "

I sympathise. Cancer is scary. So . . a few questions:

Is your husband practicing the Budwig Protocol in its entirety? Does he eat

the grains recommended? Is he aware that fish and eggs play no part in the

protocol? Does he ensure that he receives sunshine, does he take coffee

enemas, does he drink sauerkraut juice, does he practice regular mild

exercise and relaxation, has he tried rebounding, does he use hyperthermia

on his lungs, does he eat the flax seed, is he taking Essiac, and has he

raised his issues with the flaxseedoil2 Group?

" Drinks two green juice drinks per day and with all of that his urine still

tests more acidic than alkaline. "

I understand that urine is meant to be and must always be acidic. A simpler

test for bodily acidity is a saliva test.

" So despite it all, we are losing the fight. Everything sounds great on

paper, but does not always work in real life. "

You sound despondent, as would I be in your position. I hope that you may

take heart from the many people who have had success on these and other

groups.

, if you're going to take large amounts of vit C, then look into liposomal

C, it is the concentrated liquid C and one package is equivalent to about 16 vit

C tablets. You mix a packet into liquid - I actually put it into orange juice.

If I'm feeling under the weather, one dose of this really works on me quickly.

Apparently, a few packages a day is equal to having IV infusions of vitamin c,

but it can be costly so I've never done more than one a day.
