*Correction to today's earlier email regarding Afinitor® for SEGA

astrocytoma:

We need to make a correction to our email earlier today regarding the

fast-track approval based only on Phase II clinical trials of Afinitor® for

giant cell astrocytoma. The type of tumor this drug was approved for is a

benign one, but problematic nonetheless.

We apologize for making this error, we take pride in being as accurate as

humanly possible with this project.

This still doesn't change that fact that Antineoplastons have also

completed Phase II FDA trials with full blown cures for malignant brain cancer

such as anaplastic astrocytoma, glioblastoma, pontine glioma, and brainstem

glioma.

If this drug Afinitor® can be approved in less than two years of trials on

a mere 28 patients, without even getting rid of the tumor, and

Antineoplastons have been through 15 years of Phase II clinical trials for

types of

brain cancer far more deadly, and actually eliminated the tumor - you see the

problem.

Temodar®, the only chemotherapy approved for anaplastic astrocytoma and

glioblastoma, was also fast-tracked for FDA-approval, with a dismal median

survival time of 13.6 months for anaplastic astrocytoma patients, and even

more dismal results for glioblastoma. Yet, it was approved.

It's also worth noting that no substance in the history of medicine has

EVER been given the green light by the FDA to enter Phase III trials for

Pontine Glioma. That's right, no medicine has ever shown enough safety and

efficacy to make it that far. Antineoplastons are the first medicines in

history to have ever made it that far. Again, cover of TIME magazine? Cover of

the New England Journal of Medicine? Not so much.

All our best,

Merola
