DOES MILK CAUSE OR PROMOTE PROSTATE CANCER?

Few issues are as contentious as the relationship between milk or dairy

products and cancer. Now a new study in the journal The Prostate lends

further evidence for the " anti-milk " view. To find out more please click

Does PASTEURISED AND HOMOGENISED MILK cause or promote prostate cancer?

Maybe.

Does RAW MILK cause or promote prostate cancer?

Probably not!

Could be,

I have serious trouble if eat any product that contain milk, even in

traces (no matter is it milk or fermented product as yoghurt, cheese

etc).

My reactions are very strong and unpleasant.

I was diagnosed as fybromialgia, but canceling any milk product in my

feeding, completely cured me.

My son, also has diagnosed allergy to grass, after stopping consuming

milk asthma symptoms are completely gone.

So you should to decide what your body telling you.

Of course people will always have allergies to things. I don't drink any

pasteurised and/or homogenised milk either because I don't think it's a

good thing. I only eat fermented milk products (yoghurt) which I make

myself from unhomogenised milk.

Although I think following the right non-modern diet would

significantly decrease these rates we are seeing in people now.

Children growing up on raw unpasteurised milk tend to have very low

rates of allegies than children growing up on regular diets. Raw milk

seems to have immunoprotective effects.

Most processed cheese is probably not good either, since it's also made

from pasteurised and/or homogenised milk. It's not the same as real

cheese made from real raw milk.

Aside the issue of allergies, that doesn't mean (natural unpasteurised

raw) milk causes prostate cancer.

The research ONLY indicates that *pasteurised and/or homogenised milk*

causes or promotes prostate cancer.

If one wants to help protect themselves from prostate cancer, it's

probably a good idea to check that their zinc level is high enough. Most

people I've seen (including many cancer patients) have low blood levels

of zinc and too much copper, which cancers need to grow blood vessels

and spread. Zinc will chelate copper.

Tetrathiomolybdate will also safely chelate copper and is a good

anti-angiogenic drug for cancer patients. Much cheaper and safer than

Avastin!! However with Tetrathiomolybdate it's important to check blood

counts and copper to ensure it's not too low to avoid anemia. Reducing

copper by 20-50% is enough to have an effect on tumors without causing

anemia.

All the best.

you should not drink milk if you have PCa. The main culprit is IGF-1,

and Ca is a suspect. I cant see how pasteurizing would make a difference
