Guest guest
Greetings, Any water boiled in a microwave without a stick in it, will 'explode' when disturbed. Distilled water boils in exactly the same amount of time as any other water. When my Mother visits, she can only have distilled water as my well water has far too much salt for her kidneys to handle. So I have on occasion boiled both, a the same time in the microwave. No difference. Guest guest
Back in the 50s I drank Distilled Water............and had nothing else (no food) on an extended 30 day fast. I don't think I'll blame a 2002 cancer diagnosis on it or anything else for that matter. That's almost 60 years ago. Joe C. The water boiled just like the water from my tap. I don't think anything was made clear except that we all have different opinions and reasons for the water that we choose to drink. I guess I could make a table and chart how many are For or Against, but at first look, what I'm seeing is that there is no " correct " answer right now. I don't know who an authority would be, since I've seen conflicting opinions from many authorities. I guess I thought the answer would be more overwhelmingly for one or the other! I started drinking distilled water when I was dx'd with cancer, so it wasn't the water that initially had any effect on my health. Since then, I've drank distilled almost exclusively, and can't say that it has deteriorated it in any way specifically. But its interesting to me how passionate some people are about their disdain for it. One woman at the Mercola article said that it would kill you quickly!!! > > > Place tap water in a Pyrex dish and set it long enough to boil in the > > microwave. It will eventually boil. Guest guest
Greetings, I have to laugh every time I see the blood transfusion refereed to as evidence. Cooked blood will kill you, I have never put anything in a microwave that couldn't be cooked, because I can guarantee at least a couple of cells will be cooked. Common sense says that is nothing but junk science. That nurse deserved to be charged with manslaughter. As to the plants, freeze water in plastic, you will get the same leaching of stuff out of the plastic. That experiment might have meant something with some sort of protocols in place. To be science, you need to control the number of variables, using different containers for everything makes the entire thing meaningless. I can't believe a science fair allowed it as an entry, it is junk science, completely meaningless.
