Try taking the barley green 3 then 4x's/day and see if that will help.

" It appears to me that Barley Green

only sustains my pH of above 7 for only 5-6 hours each time I have

taken it. " So take it every 4-6 hours. The only time you might miss

is when you sleep at night and that is only from 12:30AM

to 6:00AM which is only 5.5 hrs.

Hi

To reach and stay at a PH of over 7 is not really hard, all you have to do is

drink at least 0.5 liter of vegetable juice (organic when possible) a day. Eat

as much raw vegetables as you can,no alcohol,no processed sugar, potassium rich

food/fruits like Watermelon ,bananas, lemons. If you really want to increase to

above 7.5-8 range, take Cesium Chloride - approx.3000mg a day and some potassium

at the same time.

This works for me.

Regards and good luck

Where do you buy your cesium chloride, Wolf? How much potassium do you take

with it?

You may be misreading the Ph Level or it's very temporary. Dr.Bruce West,MD

in his newsletter Health Alert. July 2006 writes that your body knows to self

regulate it's Ph to maintain acid/alkaline balance from 7.35 to 7.45 in blood

at all times. It does this primarily through the lungs, breathing and

kidneys. The body constantly tries to maintain this and alters bodily fluids

(saliva

and urine, etc) to maintain this.

Diet plays a role. Vegetables are alkaline while meat and grains are acid.

If you eat a semblance of a balanced diet you should not have trouble. Too much

alkalinity can lead to allergies and ill health. Unless you are totally

imbalanced with your diet (one way or the other), or unless you are desperately

ill, your body will simply balance fluids by using breathing, kidneys,

hormones and more to do this.

If you are measuring your saliva, and it is too acid, this does not mean

your body is too acidic. The body is in the process of balancing fluids to

maintain proper balance. If you eat a healthful diet with plenty of fresh

vegetables and DO NOT HAVE KIDNEY DISEASE, you do not have to worry about your

ph. If

you find that you are chronically acid, simply increase your minerals taking

6 to 15 tablets if Min-Tran daily from Standard Process Laboratories.
