Hi there,

We have just joined the group and would like to ask for your help. Please

tell us your TOP TIPS for making changes in your life.

We are a mum (2 time cancer) & daughter who are trying to lose several hundred

pounds between us. I am wondering how I can improve my diet to help with

keeping cancer at bay.

Please take a few minutes to tell us what you think!

We look forward to hearing from you!

Cheers,

Priscilla &

-Priscilla and : Welcome.. The first thing I would tell you both

to do is detoxify your bodies, by changing your eating habits and all

the products you use to wash your hair, body etc. I went completely

organic when I was diagnosed in Dec 05 and eat LOTS of fresh organic

fruits and veggies. I have lost twenty five pounds from no real diet,

just changing my eating habits. A book I highly recommend from

Quillin is 'Beating Cancer with Nutrition.' You have found a

fantastic group with LOTS of information that you can glean from and I

pray the best for both of you. Frann

Changing your diet is excellent advice as well as changing the products you use

around the

house and to wash. I would also strongly suggest that you try mangosteen fruit

juice. Some

remarkable testimonials are available. You can get more information at

www.cancerfightingfoods.info. I don't know if it will work for you but based on

the

experiences it very well might.
