Zapper output 2.5hz or 30,000hz

I have spoken with several manufacturers who make the zapper

according to Dr. 's specs. Some are 2.5K others are 30K.

The lower output references the skin effect. My question to whovever

has the knowledge...Which frequency works more effeiciently and

secondly is the hands free (wrist attach) better than holding the

copper tubes?
