Guest guest
Hi All - I just joined today and haven't really had the chance to peruse the messages completely, but had a question or several variations of the same question. My items for the parasite cleanse arrive tomorrow and I just ordered the kidney and bowel ingredients. I've read the book and am rather confused by the order of how things should be done. I got a lot going on so I'll benefit from all the flushes, particularly the liver/gallbladder one since every time I get bloodwork done, my liver enzymes come out high. Anyway, can I do some of the flushes at the same time like the parasite and kidney together? Or do I need to do them one at a time? If that's the case, what is the best order to do them in? Thanks for your help and advice.
