Guest guest
klaugh3383 Armour thyroid really should be DOSED up BY SYMPTOMS not lab results. Adrenal support if needed www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/adrenal-info Actually, read that whole stopthethyroidmaness website, INCLUDING the part about " mistakes patients make " . It will shed a whole new light on things. Really. Sound to me like you just need an increase. Ever thought about another doc? Call around to a compounding pharmacy and ask which dogs are prescribing BOTH Armour Thyroid and natural hormones (BHRT). Many of those are usually not thyroid stupid. I have had more luck with nurse practitioners than endos or MDs. Sam ===== Hi, I am a 24 yr old female. I was on synthroid when I started feeling the symptoms of hypothyroidism at age 22 and swtiched to armor thyroid last year. I feel like my condition has only gotten worse, but I just had lab work done again and everything is normal. I have always been a very active and lively person until lately. I am always tired and don't have much of an appetite. I use to eat like crazy and at 5'4 was 110 pounds. Over the past couple of years, I have gained 25 pounds and although I am still at a normal weight, it is very frustrating to be running for an hour every day, taking in less than 1000 calories, and still gaining weight and feeling tired all the time. I am very frustrated right now and seeing as my lab work turned out ok, does anyone know what else it could be? I know metabolisms slow down as you get older, but not this much. I also don't seem to be digesting my food very well. I will eat a big salad for lunch and still have that " just eaten " feeling 4 hours later. Any advice or input is appreciated, thanks! Guest guest
LOL I would rather go to a dog than a doc any day. Guest guest
I would look into ozone if I were you. Dr. Pressman makes a medical grade inexpensive one that uses oxygen. Also hyperbarics may help, although it is very expensive. www.plasmafire.com " All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen - a rule without exception. " - Dr. Otto Warburg, quoted in Philpott <http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1887299211/alkalizeforhealt> , page 74. Deprive a cell 60% of its oxygen and it will turn cancerous. - McCabe <http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0962052701/alkalizeforhealt> , page 192. Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous. - Dr. Otto Warburg. Read Dr. Warburg's papers in the Library: <http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/Loxygen2.htm> Lecture 1, <http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/Loxygen3.htm> Lecture 2. When the oxygen saturation of blood falls, conditions become ripe for the creation of cancer. Oxygen is removed from the arterial blood as it passes through the capillary system. If arterial blood is deficient in oxygen or if the blood flow is restricted by blocked arteries, then tissues oxygenated by the latter stages of the capillary system may be so deprived of oxygen as to become cancerous. Damage to the arteries also helps cancer spread throughout the body. (See The Terrible <http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/sprouts.htm#terrible two> Two: Cancer and Circulation). The oxygen transport system from the lungs to the cells can be interrupted at numerous points, and so there are many opportunities to deny oxygen to cells. Also, there are many ways that cells and their mitochondria can be directly damaged, thereby reducing the cells' ability to utilize the oxygen that is available. I got the above from: http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/oxygen.htm Rose
Guest guest
Thanks Rose. I have an ozonator. I drink ozonated water every day. I have done many different kinds of breathwork and now at least I am in the Vosges mountains now where the air is a lot better and there is a little river that runs beside my patio. I walk in the forest and that helps alot. Thanks for the tip on the ozonator. I will look into it. I have also done Somatics ( Hanna) to augment my natural oxygen intake and that helps tremendously. I have also Bragg's books on breathing - thoses exercises are great. I also have McCabes 'Flood your body with oxygen " Can you recommend an air ozonator ? I have a water ozonator - Sota. I don't know if Hulda approved the Sota ozonator - I remember seeing Portazone only. I cut the aerator off of the tubing I had because I could see the glue and chemicals attached. It seems to be well built and works consistently. Do you do bagging ? I though of doing my arm today because I keep getting sensations in my elbow and I had a spot open up one time I did a fast in the same place, I am thinking there are parasites there. Do you use other protocols ? Thanks M > > I would look into ozone if I were you. Dr. Pressman makes a medical grade > inexpensive one that uses oxygen.
