The morning after the first session, I had gained 3-4 lbs, and I have yet to lose the weight. Does anyone have any explanation for this? Usually gaining weight is a sign of healing..Perhaps your body is now getting the food that the parasites were eating and this explains the weight gain..I've noticed that though I've been eating very little and in fact fasting " in a sense " ; my weight has remained stable; when by rights I should have lost many pounds..I put this down to the absence of parasites and a more efficient digestion of the food. The best diet is the Montignac Diet --protein and veg and fruit- very little carbohydrate in the form of pasta, potatoes, rice and bread, as Kylie Minogue does.
