Guest guest
Hi, I'm new too, and have yet to try soapmaking, but on reading the old postings in this group, I printed a recipe for a dog soap bar by Cheryl Keeley. 4 oz melt and pour base 2 tbsp herbal shampoo 400 IU vitamin E 1/4 tsp liquid glycerin essential oils of tea tree, peppermint or lavender (use your judgment) Melt the base and add the rest of the ingredients. She mentions that this is better than liquid shampoo, no holding them in the tub in one hand and trying to get soap with the other, you simply rub the bar on the wet dog I will try this just as soon as I get some melt and pour, but I need to find a cheap CANADIAN source, I'm in the Montreal,Quebec area... hey, anyone know of somewhere? Montreal, or Quebec for that matter, does not seem to have an abundance of suppliers for soap stuff... > Hi everyone... > > I am new to the group.
