OT(?) Looking for a letter model to send teacher 1st week of school

Hi,

I'm looking through my files to find a letter model I thought I saved to send to

the teacher the first week of school. It included something about if things get

too late on the homework expect to see my penmanship (instead of my child's) and

the like.  I'm not having any luck finding it. Does anyone have this in their

files/have a link to something similar?
