But, you definitely need stevia to sweeten - or you can put it in juice - just a small amount and then some stevia. I also put it with my smoothie - I put my powdered supplement, glycine, stevia, coconut kefir and a banana. It's really good. My son drinks the kefir 1/3 cup (just started it a couple weeks ago) with about the same amount of organic nonpasturized apple juice - no sweeteners.
