Guest guest Posted August 13, 2010 Report Share Posted August 13, 2010 It's the sleep problem again... My son is waking up at 2am ready to go. Sometimes he'll snuggle for a while, but then he wants to get up. He stays up for 3 or 4 hours and then zonks out. I give him melatonin at 9pm - usually 1.5mg, but sometimes 3 (if I forget to only give him half the capsule). I could step up the yeast protocol a bit, but he's on a LOT of it already.
